• Undertaking the most detailed process in this traditional craft. 

• Showcasing hand-painted bespoke globe designs, ensuring high levels of accuracy, consistency and finish.

• Specialist watercolour techniques on unique curved surfaces showcasing precision and control. 

• Maintained attention to detail while working efficiently to deadlines.

 

 

E learning designer, Guykat: April 2022 - December 2023.

 

 

• Responsible for managing projects from initial concept art to final sign off.

• Worked with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to multi-national corporations, including internal training and external advertising and adapted designs to meet specific needs.

• Led the design and development for Teleflex, a global provider of medical technologies, creating interactive e-learning modules for clinicians.

• Gained a comprehensive understanding of the entire process, including file testing and translations.

 

My experience at GuyKat allowed me to hone my skills in instructional design, communication, problem-solving, and project management, I was able to leverage these skills to create effective learning experiences. As a result, I am confident that my technical and functional abilities, coupled with my passion for learning design, make me a valuable asset to any organisation.

Metalware Production Supervisor, Devol Kitchens: 2019 - 2022.

 

• Specialised in handmade bespoke metalware.

• Progressed to the role of Production Supervisor, managing a team.

• Involved in onboarding, outsourcing, and concept designs.

• Liaising across departments, working closely with customers, designers and suppliers.

• Other tasks included purchasing, stock checks and dispatch worldwide.

 

 

BA Fine Art, 2016 - 2019.

 

Undertaking the degree enabled me to continue developing my artistic
practice to a sophisticated level in a self motivated environment. Practical skills were gained by attending workshops which included; woodwork, metalwork, photography, printmaking, ceramics, wooden stretcher manufacture and use
of Adobe software.

 

My main practice in oil painting showcased my enthusiasm for highly
detailed work and my knowledge of colour. My degree culminated in a professional public display of my work, where I was a lead in the fundraising and organisation of the third years Fine Art Degree Show, which had over 400 guests, I raised funds for the private view, worked to a budget for the event, allocated roles within the team and led a group of volunteers on the opening night.
