Relevant experience:
E learning designer, 2022 - present.
I have been responsible for managing projects from initial concept art to final sign off. In my current role, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to multinational corporations, which has enabled me to develop learning solutions for a variety of audiences, including internal training and external advertising.
In my role, I work directly with clients, adapting designs to meet their specific needs and ensuring effective communication throughout the project timeline. My approach is grounded in sound instructional and design principles, and I utilise a range of media and technology tools to create engaging, interactive, and personalised learning experiences. I am well-versed in the functional design of projects, and in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire process I have taken on various roles, including file testing and translations.
My experience at GuyKat has allowed me to hone my skills in instructional design, communication, problem-solving, and project management, and I have been able to leverage these skills to create effective learning experiences that meet the needs of my clients.
I am constantly seeking to improve my knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field, and I am committed to delivering high-quality work. Moreover, my continuous learning and professional development have enabled me to gain deeper knowledge in instructional design, which further enhances my ability to create effective learning experiences. As a result, I am confident that my technical and functional abilities, coupled with my passion for learning design, make me a valuable asset to any organisation.

Metalware Production Supervisor, 2019 - 2022.

Through working at deVOL I gained a great insight into a professional working environment and within two years I progressed to the role of Production Supervisor. Metal Accessories is one of the leading departments as it is integral to the design of the company. The department expanded dramatically and resulted in me taking on new roles such as onboarding, outsourcing, and concept designs for new projects, all of which required me to work closely with suppliers whilst managing a small team.
I prioritised and delegated jobs to the team to ensure all deadlines were met. To ensure the successful running of the department required me to work closely with customers, designers and suppliers.
Working in the role gave me the opportunity to carry out a whole range of office-based tasks from dealing with customer enquiries and orders, purchasing of materials, stock checks and dispatching of finished products both in the UK and abroad.

BA Fine Art, October 2016 - June 2019.

Undertaking the degree enabled me to continue developing my artistic practice to a sophisticated level in a self motivated environment. Practical skills were gained by attending workshops which included; woodwork, metalwork, photography, printmaking, ceramics, wooden stretcher manufacture and use of Adobe software.
My main practice in oil painting showcased my enthusiasm for highly detailed work and my knowledge of colour. My degree culminated in a professional public display of my work, where I was a lead in the fundraising and organisation of the third years Fine Art Degree Show, which had over 400 guests, I raised funds for the private view, worked to a budget for the event, allocated roles within the team and led a group of volunteers on the opening night.
